If you are seeking employment as a driver or dispatcher please call for more information. Most of our employees are long-term and we do not have much turnover, however as we continue to add to our fleet and services we have occasional need for additional staff.

If you have previously worked in Oakland and surrounding cities, which would be an added advantage as you will be comfortable with the routes and addresses. This however is not a must. Having affinity to people, gives a higher service perception and we would like our drivers to exercise caution and a high level of customer service.

The requirements to become a taxi driver will vary from city to city. Generally, however, all a potential driver needs to do in order to begin to operate a taxi is to complete a background check and obtain a chauffeurs license issued by the cities you wish to drive for.

You will meet people who may become valuable business contacts. An ability to be flexible and friendly service will take you a long way in the adventurous world of cab driving.

We require employees to meet our standards including but not limited to:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Insurable
• Background check by the Police
• Driving permit issued by the City
